Special Facebook Posting Considerations
When posting to Facebook, you may notice a SharpSpring link in your published post. This is due to SharpSpring's API agreement with Facebook and is standard with any social media management tool.
If you are posting to a company page, then this link will not be public, as only you can see it. If you post to a personal page, then this link will be public. Both you and your visitors will see the SharpSpring link.
Editing Social Posts
You can edit social posts that are scheduled but not yet published. Once a post is published, you cannot make edits. You will need to go to the related social media platform to perform edits to live posts. To edit social posts that are scheduled for a future day/time, do the following:

Copying Posts
You can copy or duplicate a social post. To copy or edit posts, do the following:

Link Shortening in Social Posts
There are certain things to consider when publishing social media content. Certain social media platforms will shorten larger links to better accommodate the links for their limited character limits and posting space.
LinkedIn automatically shortens all web links longer than 26 characters. This is done to make posts easier to read, and provides more room to add text. The links will not appear shortened in SharpSpring when you are creating the post, but will be automatically shortened when the post is published to your actual LinkedIn account.

Links placed in a Twitter post will automatically be shortened by Twitter. The links will not appear shortened in SharpSpring when you are creating the post, but will be automatically shortened when the post is published to your actual Twitter account.

Supported File Types
SharpSpring has a set list of file types that are supported when uploading files to the Media Center. However, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter only allow certain file types to be posted.
When posting to social media, if you try to upload an unsupported file type or use a Media Center asset that is unsupported by social media platforms, the post fails outright. This means that even though you can upload a .ZIP file as a Media Center asset, it does not mean that you can post that file to social media.
Each social platform supports different file types:
