Want to clean up your emails in SharpSpring by removing some that are not being used? Follow the below steps to easily remove multiple emails in SharpSpring.
The following User Roles can delete emails:
- Marketing Manager
Use the following steps to remove unused emails.
NOTE: Deleting emails in SharpSpring is a permanent action. If you would like to retain an HTML copy of your email, make sure to copy the HTML prior to deletion and save to your computer.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Content, then on the drop-down, click Emails.
Step Two: On the Emails page, click the List button. This will adjust the page from a tiled view to a list view. Multiple emails can only be deleted in the list view.
Step Three: Hover over the emails you want to delete, and to the left of the title, a checkbox will display. Click the checkbox to select the email.
Step Four: After making your selections, in the top right, click the Options button, then in the drop-down, click Delete Selected.
Step Five: A conditions message will display with the following options that must be confirmed prior to deleting the emails:
- This email will be disabled in any workflows as well.
- Any currently scheduled mailings of this email will not be sent.
Check both boxes to confirm your understanding.
Step Six: With both checkboxes checked, click Yes, Delete the Emails to finish. You will see a confirmation banner at the top of the screen confirming the emails have been deleted.
