Use the following steps to create a visual workflow.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Automation then on the drop-down, click Visual Workflows.
Step Two: On the top right of the Visual Workflows page, click + New Workflow.
NOTE: You can edit an existing Visual Workflow by typing in the Filter Workflows field for the specific visual workflow, then click the name to open it.
Step Three: Name your new Visual Workflow and click OK.
Step Four: Click the plus icon below the start icon to begin building your Visual Workflow. Every Visual Workflow must begin with a Trigger. Our Trigger is the initial event that begins our workflow.
Step Five: Click the plus icon to continue building our Visual Workflow. Choose from the following:
- Actions: The actions within the Visual Workflow. For a full listing of actions, see the Task and Action Group Overview.
- Filters: Additional criteria that a lead must fulfill before moving onto the actions in a Visual Workflow.
- Time Delay: Sets a time delay for actions in your visual workflow.
- Action Groups: Multiple actions previously constructed together as a group.
Step Six: When you have completed your Visual Workflow and are ready to activate it, click the toggle with the label Disabled to change the status to Active.
NOTE: You can view the performance of your Visual Workflow, including the total number of times the Visual Workflow has run, as well as most recent, on the main Visual Workflows page.
