There may come a time when you need to manually unsubscribe a list of contacts from receiving emails.

Unsubscribing Through Lists
You can manually unsubscribe a list of contacts from receiving emails.
Important: You will no longer be able to send bulk or automated emails to these individuals from the Lead Gen & CRM application while unsubscribed.
To unsubscribe contact lists, do the following:
- Click Lists in the left toolbar.

- Click the name of the desired list.
- Click
Options > Unsubscribe Contacts in List.
- Type Unsubscribe in the pop-up window that appears.
- Click Unsubscribe.
This will also unsubscribe a list's removed and excluded members. There are two ways to confirm you have successfully unsubscribed the lead:
- You will receive a notification in Lead Gen & CRM stating the following:
List unsubscribe successful
. - All contacts will be removed from the Members tab and moved to the Exclusions tab. A red
Unsubscribed
tag will be to the immediate left of the contact's email.- Note: A list's Exclusions tab counter will display the total number of leads currently excluded from the list
Clearing Unsubscribes from Lists
To clear unsubscribes, do the following:
- Click Lists in the left toolbar.

- Click the name of the desired list.
- Click
Options > Clear Unsubscribes from this List.
- Enter Clear in the text box of the modal window that appears.
- Click Clear Contacts.
