SharpSpring is built to accommodate all types of marketing agencies and the relationships they have with clients. Some agencies choose to allow their clients to have hands-on access to SharpSpring. Those clients will therefore have access to client services within SharpSpring that have charges associated with them. To ensure clients do not incur charges in excess, SharpSpring allows agency accounts to set client allowances. This article will detail how to manage client services and allowances.
The following user roles can manage client services and allowances:

To manage and set allowances for your client services, do the following:
Important: When a client account reaches the set allowance for the services above, SharpSpring will alert the user as to what they have reached their limit on.
