Your leads are your lifeline to new business. Leads can unsubscribe themselves from your emails, but if a lead wants to resubscribe, you can manually resubscribe the lead by following the Step-by-Step Guide below.
The following User Roles have access to resubscribe a lead:
- Marketing Managers
- Sales Managers
- Jr. Salesperson
Follow these steps to set a lead to subscribed.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Contacts, then in the drop-down, click Contact Manager.
Step Two: Find the lead you want to resubscribe to receive emails and click to open the record.
NOTE: On the record, an unsubscribed lead will be identified with a red line of text at the top of the record stating: "This person has requested not to be contacted."
Step Three: On the top right, click the Options button and on the drop-down, click Manually Resubscribe to Em..
Step Four: A warning message will display asking you to confirm taking the lead off the “Do Not Contact” list. If this is correct, click Yes, Allow Emails.
NOTE: The page will refresh and the red message will no longer be present. A life of the lead icon will display the time and date for when the lead was manually resubscribed.
