The Life of the Account is a timeline of an assigned contact's interactions with your website, emails, opportunities, and content. A record of these interactions is saved to a timeline in Accounts, under the Life of the Account tab.
This article will provide an overview of the Life of the Account tab, and define the interaction icons.

Accessing Life of the Account
Life of the Account interactions correspond with Life of the Lead interactions. You'll be able to view interactions from the account level for all contacts that are assigned to the Account. To access the Life of the Account page, click Sales in the left toolbar and then click Accounts.
- Click the desired account in the Account Manager
- Click the Life of the Account tab.
Understanding Life of the Account
The Life of the Account is a timeline of the assigned contact's interactions.
Once a contact has been assigned to an account, that contact's interactions will appear in the Life of the Account tab, even if those interactions occurred prior to the contact being assigned to the account.
Underneath the icon on the timeline, you can see the initials of the contact to whom the interaction applies. Click on or hover over the initials to see what the event was, when the event occurred, and the contact involved.
Click on the icon next to the interaction title to go to the contact's Life of the Lead tab and see a timeline of only that contact's interactions.
Click on the icon next to the contact's name, to go to the contact's Overview tab and see profile information for the contact.
