Creating Campaign Tags
Campaign tags can be created through the Tag Manager. To access and create campaign tags, do the following:

Attributing Tags to Individual Campaigns
To view campaign tags, you will first need to attribute tags to campaigns. Campaign tag attribution cannot be done through the Tag Manager and must be done through individual campaigns. To attribute tags when creating or editing individual campaigns, do the following:

When adding or editing campaign tags, be aware that clicking the Select a group text box when it does not have text in it will display all tags across all contacts.

Campaign Tag Dashboard
Once you have accessed a tagged campaign, SharpSpring will display the Campaign Tag dashboard. This dashboard lists metrics involved with all campaigns associated with a specific tag.
Time Chart
The Time chart details the number of leads, opportunities, opps won, and opps lost that were attributed to the campaign tag in the span of a month. The months listed depend on the selected date range. The following options are available for the Time chart: |
