Safelisting ensures that your own SharpSpring-sent emails land in the inbox when testing. When you safelist an Internet Protocol (IP) address, you are identifying the sender from that IP as a trusted source to your mail server. The Purpose of Safelisting
Email providers filter incoming emails in many ways. You can have more control of the emails that are sent to your email address through safelisting and blocklisting.
A blocklist is a list of IP addresses or domains that you do not want emails from.
A safelist is the opposite—it is a list of IP addresses or senders that you know are not sending spam emails. Your IT team can add IP addresses to your safelist to allow emails sent from known senders to always appear in your inbox. This benefits you if you are constantly testing email sends and are actively testing emails in SharpSpring.
