You can register clients and generate customized sales materials through Lead Gen & CRM's Deal Registration and START features.
This requires that you answer a few questions about a client or prospect and then download a customized sales and tactics guide to help you with your sales pitch.

Registering Clients and Deals
Before you can generate customized sales materials for prospects or clients, you will first need to register those prospects or clients.
It is imperative that you register your clients and prospects. That way, if your clients and prospects directly communicate with Lead Gen & CRM, Lead Gen & CRM can avoid contacting them and instead reach out to you.
To begin the registration process, start from User Menu > Settings in the top toolbar, or by clicking the
Settings icon at the very bottom of the left toolbar.
- Click Deal Reg. & START located under Agency Tools in the left panel.
- Click Register Client/Prospect.

- Select whether you are registering a client or a prospect.
- Enter the business name of the client or prospect.
- Enter the website URL of the client or prospect.
Note: When entering the website URL, enter either the http:// or https:// URL prefix before it. A complete URL with the prefix will appear similar to the following: https://www.sitename.com - Click Save.

Customizing Sales Materials
In order to receive a customized sales deck of materials, you will need to fill out a form and submit it to Lead Gen & CRM. This is a relatively quick and straightforward process.
To begin the registration process, start from User Menu > Settings in the top toolbar, or by clicking the
Settings icon at the very bottom of the left toolbar.
- Click Deal Reg. & START located under Agency Tools in the left panel.
- Hover over the name of the desired prospect or client and click START.

- Fill out the form that appears.
- Click Next to go to the next part of the form.

Once the form is submitted, it will take a moment for your materials to automatically download. However, if your materials do not automatically download, hover over the name of the prospect or client, and click the supplied download link under the download message. Additionally, completed sales material packages are located on the START Sales Materials page.
You can download or delete the sales material by selecting Options and selecting the desired menu option.
Form Terminology
The START Sales Materials form asks more than a few questions. Many of these questions have terminology that you might not be familiar with. The following table will provide definitions for certain terms found in the form.

Accessing Sales Materials
Once you have submitted your materials form, your materials will automatically download as a .ZIP file.
To access your customized sales materials, do the following:
- Navigate to the folder where your computer saves files that are downloaded from the Internet and unzip the .ZIP file to a desired folder location.

The customized sales materials are delivered as PowerPoint files. This allows you to quickly move to present the benefits of using Lead Gen & CRM to clients and potential clients.
