Initiating Video Calls
Once you initiate a Video Call through SharpSpring, your browser will open into the call window. From there, you can communicate with your team members, instance users, or leads. Users on the call will be listed at the top of the call window. A moving blue light next to their name indicates that they are speaking in the call.
