You can see how your ads and campaigns are performing at any time by creating and running reports. Ads reports can be customized to display the information that you want.
This article will detail how to create and run reports.

Accessing Ads Reports
Ads can be accessed at any time from the top toolbar. The Ads Reports page is one of many that are nested under the main Ads page.
To access the Ads Reports page, do the following:
From the Ads Reports page, you can create, run, view, and delete reports for your various ads and campaigns.
Setting Basic Parameters
Ads reports, like other reports, need basic information to build upon. This information includes what kind of report it is and the period of time it covers.
To set a report's basic parameters, do the following:
- Enter the desired report name in the Report Name field.
- Select one of the following report types from the Type drop-down menu:
- Analytics Report
- Conversion Attribution
- Publisher Performance

- Select the desired date range from the Range drop-down menu.
- Click Apply.

- Select the desired time interval from the Interval drop-down menu:

- Cumulative
- Hour
- Day
- Week
- Month
- Year

- Click Edit in the Metrics section. Click the checkboxes of any or all of the available metrics.

Once you have set basic parameters, you can set its filters.
Setting Filters
You can configure a report to filter and display only the information that is relevant. This allows reports to be focused on a particular metric.
To set a report's filters, do the following:
- Select an item in the Available column.
- Click Add. Add additional items as necessary.
- Click Update.
- Repeat as necessary with other filters

Once you have set a report's filters, you can set its dimensions.
Setting Dimensions
Dimensions allow you to display and group report criteria in a way that you choose. You can select from a number of different directions and configure in what order they are displayed.
To set a report's dimensions, do the following:
- Click any or all of the following dimension checkboxes:
- Ad
- Ad Size
- Audience
- Browser
- Browser Language
- Campaign
- Campaign Type
- Conversion Goal
- Country
- Operating System
- Site

Drag the dimensions up or down as desired. Once you have set a report's dimensions, you can set its delivery options.
Setting Delivery Options
Reports, when run, can open in your browser window or be sent to a list of email addresses. Additionally, reports can be run as necessary in an ad hoc fashion, or scheduled to send on a given date.
To set a report's delivery options, do the following:
- Select either of the following delivery options:
- In a browser window
- As an email attachment
- If you selected As an email attachment, enter email addresses that are separated by commas.
- Optionally, click the Set as scheduled report checkbox. Select the desired parameters from the Date and Time drop-down menus.
- Optionally, click the Include rows with no data checkbox.

Once you have set a report's delivery options—and set all other desired parameters—you can run the report.
Running Reports
Once you have set a report's main parameters, you can run it. Depending on the report's delivery options, it will either open in your browser after populating, or it will email the report to the entered list of emails.
To run a report, do the following:
- Click Ads in the left toolbar.
- Click Reports.

- Set the report's dimensions.
- Set the report's delivery options.

Additional Report Options for Browsers
Once you have run your report and set it to open in a browser tab, certain options will become available.
You can modify the report, save it, or email it to a list of email addresses—all in the report browser tab.
The available report options are as follows:

Modify Report | Opens the Ads Report configuration settings, which allows you to modify the report's information, filters, dimensions, and delivery options from the report page. | |||
Download as .CSV |
Downloads the report as a .CSV file to where your web browser saves files on your computer. | |||
Email Report | Emails the report to the emails listed in the report's delivery options panel. |
The Manage Reports Page
You can see a list of previously run reports from the Manage Reports page.
To access the Manage Reports page, do the following:
- Click Ads in the left toolbar.
- Click Reports.
- Click Manage Reports.
The Manage Reports page provides an at-a-glance view of the following information:

Type | The report's type, as set in the Basic column. | |||
Last Run | When the report was last run. | |||
Next Run | When the report is next scheduled to run, as set in the Delivery Options column. | |||
Range | The report's defined date range, as set in the Basic column. | |||
Interval | The report's defined interval, as set in the Basic column. | |||
Options | Any available report options. |
Viewing Sent Reports
You can view the parameters of previously sent reports. You will need to run the report again if you want to see the information contained in the report.
To view, configure, and run previously sent reports, do the following:
- Click Ads in the left toolbar.
- Click Reports.

- Click one of the following report filters:
- All
- Ad Hoc
- Recurring
- Click the name of the desired sent report.

- Edit the report parameters as desired.
- Click Run Report.
Running the report in this manner will display the information as it was when it was first run. The Last Run column in the Manage Reports page will display when the report was last viewed, edited, and run.
Deleting Sent Reports
You can delete previously sent reports as needed. Be aware that reports that are deleted cannot be recovered.
