Once you have created your campaigns and ads, you will need to measure and understand how well they are performing.
The Ads Dashboard provides an at-a-glance overview of how campaigns are performing over a given period of time, and that information can be further broken down by key performance metrics.
This article will provide information on how to view and use the Ads Dashboard.

Accessing the Ads Dashboard
The Ads Dashboard is where campaign information and performance metrics are housed. You can access the Ads Dashboard from the main Ads page.
To access the Ads Dashboard, do the following:
- Click Ads in the left toolbar.
- Click Reports.

- Click All Sites. Select the desired site.

By default, the report page is located on the dashboard. Click Reports in the All Sites toolbar to return to this page.
Viewing Campaign Report Data
You can view how campaigns are performing from the Ads Dashboard page. Campaign data can be broken down by date or individual metric.
To view campaign report data, Access the desired site's campaign report dashboard and do the following:
- Select the desired campaign from the All Campaigns drop-down menu.
- Select the desired date range from the Date Range drop-down menu.
- Select one of the following report metrics:
- Select one of the following comparison metrics from the vs. drop-down menu:

The number of times an ad was clicked divided by the number of impressions served. | |||

Calculated by dividing the price of an action by the total number of actions over a given period, adjusted by attribution settings. | |||

Calculated by dividing the number of clicks for an ad divided by the number of resulting conversions. | |||

The percentage of site visitors who converted after clicking your ad. | |||
spend | The amount of money spent on advertising and marketing. | |||

The number of times a site visitor converted after viewing one of your ads, but by not clicking through. | |||

Viewing Key Performance Metric Data
You can view a breakdown of key performance data for your active campaigns. This data table is under the main dashboard.
To view key performance data, access the desired site's campaign report dashboard and do the following:

- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Select any or all of the following from the Column drop-down menu.
- Select one of the following views:
- Ads
- Campaigns
- Conversions
- Inventory

Exporting Reports
You can export campaign information as a report at any time. Exported reports will be saved as .CSV files.
To export reports, access the desired site's campaign report dashboard and do the following:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click Export Reports.
- Select the desired report type:
- Open the downloaded .CSV file.
Note: Saved .CSV files will download to your Internet browser's default download folder. Refer to your browser's help documentation for more information on how to access downloaded files.
