The Opportunity Manager and Opportunity Drawer are now available. You can create opportunities with the Opportunity Drawer, and created opportunities are housed in the Opportunity Manager. |

14 September 2021: Date and Time Validation Improvements for Imports |
Date and time validation parameters for .CSV imports have been updated. You can now select which date and time formats data abides by during the .CSV import process. |

23 July 2021: The Dock Now Available |
The Dock is now available. The Dock is an icon-based navigation system that provides access to any feature you need—no matter where you are in SharpSpring. You can click the individual icons to navigate to and from different features. The Dock shows what features are new or are in a beta state, which alerts you to what is being added to SharpSpring. The Dock also highlights the features you use the most, so you can pick up where you last left off. |

12 May 2021: Instagram Posting for SharpSpring Social Now Available |
SharpSpring Social now allows for Instagram posting. SharpSpring provides you with ways to create, schedule, publish, and configure your Instagram posts—all in one location. More than that, you can monitor and track social media activity without leaving SharpSpring. |

07 May 2021: Customizable Account Manager Now Available |
The Account Manager has been updated and reworked to mirror the Contact Manager. The information in the Account Manager can be customized and configured to suit your needs. |

27 April 2021: Sunsetting PieSync Integration Functionality |
PieSync's parent company is discontinuing the PieSync service at the end of 2021. As such, effective immediately, SharpSpring is no longer permitting new PieSync connections. PieSync connection features have been removed from the application, and other PieSync integration features will be removed at a later date. Though users with existing PieSync connections will be unable to add new connections, their existing connections will continue to function until PieSync's discontinuation at the end of the year. |

22 March 2021: Chatbot End Message Customization Updated |
In chatbot workflows, end messages signify that the conversation has reached its end and that the visitor no longer needs help. However, visitors can select to request additional help, which restarts the workflow from the beginning. Users can also choose to end the conversation. When the chatbot conversation is ended, the workflow can display a final farewell message. You can customize that message in the chatbot workflow. |

The Contact Manager has been updated and reworked to have a focus on customizability. The information displayed in the Contact Manager can be customized to suit your needs, whether that is the information itself or how it is presented. |

12 January 2021: Updates to New User Verification |
SharpSpring has updated verification measures for new user accounts. Users will now receive a verification email. Clicking the verification link in the email will verify the account. Afterwards, the user will be prompted to create a strong password. |

08 January 2021: Annual Client Licenses Now Available |
Annual licenses are now available. You can be billed for licenses on a monthly or annual plan, and you can charge clients in the same manner. For more information on licenses, refer to the Pricing and Annual Client Licenses FAQs. |
