In chatbot workflows, end messages signify that the conversation has reached its end and that the visitor no longer needs help. However, visitors can select to request additional help, which restarts the workflow from the beginning.
Users can also choose to end the conversation. When the chatbot conversation is ended, the workflow can display a final farewell message. You can customize that message in the chatbot workflow.
