If a lead is in Customer or Contact status it is not subject to Lead Scoring. I would like to understand why, especially with regard to the Customer: potentially I could be interested in managing with dynamic list the Customer and know if their lead score undergoes changes.
Under "Customer (Opp Won)" could not be added the item "Customer" that could also be imported by other CRMs (so customers already in such that have not undergone a process from Pipeline).
