    Hello Pierpaolo. Thanks for your message. 

    If a lead is in Customer or Contact status it is not subject to Lead Scoring. I would like to understand why, especially with regard to the Customer: potentially I could be interested in managing with dynamic list the Customer and know if their lead score undergoes changes.

    • The following article describes which statuses receive a visible lead score: https://help.sharpspring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001067908-Understanding-Lead-Status. You should not be using "contact" status for individuals who need to be receiving a lead score. It should only be used for contacts who are not in your sales process. This only refers to the visibility of the lead score in the contact record. Lead score is still applied to all members of your contact record, so you can build dynamic lists which specify a lead score requirement and a particular lead status. For more information on the technical aspects, contact our support team.

     

    Under "Customer (Opp Won)" could not be added the item "Customer" that could also be imported by other CRMs (so customers already in such that have not undergone a process from Pipeline).

    • You can import leads with the customer status from other CRMs using our Import tool.

    Thank you for clearing that up. So can you confirm to me that my customers are important in the "Customer" status and then I can activate Workflow with triggers like "Lead Status = Customer (OppWon)"?
