    Hi, Pierpaolo,

Thanks for reaching out to us with your feedback! My name is Mateo, I'm a Product Area Manager here at SharpSpring.

The ability to capture leads via social messaging services such as Facebook Messenger is something we're actively looking into. I don't have a release date as we're still in the early research stages. Our Partner Updates newsletter will be a good place to learn when to expect this if we decide to go in this direction.

I took a look at the integrations you mentioned but haven't found much on how they work. It seems it's all done through custom scripting. Can you share links to the pages your referencing? I look forward to your reply.

Hello Mateo and thank you for your answer.
I have no idea which scripts are used, but you can still activate a free license on Bitrix24 to see for yourself what it does and the potential it offers.

There is a "Contact Center" where external accounts are linked (e.g. Facebook Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Viber, Whatsapp)... if a contact replies to a post on twitter or facebook a lead is automatically created, if he sends me a private message the same, if he contacts me via chat the same thing.

The timeline of the contact will show me all these actions: that is, each of my employees will be able to access the timeline of the contact and view the history of visits, emails exchanged, chats, comments, etc. ... (really powerful).

Just to make a comparison with SharpSpring the integration Zapier > Livechat is good, but does not keep anywhere the history of the chat (a sales man will hardly be able to understand the subject of the conversation ... It's true that you can write it down in the notes, but it's not the same thing... the key is integration and automatism).

On SharpSpring we only have forms (which, by the way, we are forced to customize by acting on the CSS when all other products have an excellent and fast UX). You have to add a specific main item to the menu: "Lead Acquisition" which allows you to access forms, chats and any other object that can be integrated on the website that allows you to capture the lead.

I hope I haven't bored you, but what marketers like me are asking for is this. That's why I'm looking for other products.

Thank you very much and forgive me for the bad English.

    P.S.
The last Partner Update newsletter was on September 28, 2018... did I miss something? Because I am looking forward to the Scheduler Meeting and the integration with e-commerce plug-ins.

    Hey Pierpaolo,

Thanks for taking the time to provide me with such detailed information!

I’ll check out Bitrix24 as part of our product research and will also bring your observations regarding the Livechat integration and from builder UI to our next Product meeting. Also, feel free to submit a feature request as this will help us keep track of which and how many Partners are interested in the same type of feature.

    Kind regards,

That's a curiosity I still can't understand. If I open a new feature request, how do you know that another partner might be interested? (I don't think it's logical to wait for him to make such a request without having read my... Instead, I think it's more profitable to share feature requests with all partners. That's why I shared this post also on the facebook group)

    Thanks again

Hi, Pierpaolo. We're working on ways to improve how product feedback is collected; however, we currently require feature requests to make sure we have a record of our partners' needs. Your participation on the forum is extremely helpful but please continue placing these requests as they are an important part of the pipeline.

Of course it is. I will certainly continue to include requests for new features: I just wanted to be a suggestion.

    Thanks again

    Thanks, Pierpaolo,

I appreciate the links and will include these in my notes to discuss at our next Product meeting. Thanks for continuing to submit feature requests as well. This is very helpful and as Harryson mentioned, we are taking steps to improve this process.

    Kind regards,
