It would be interesting to evaluate the possibility of generating leads (and consequently follow its activities) also through "outdoor environments".
I'm seriously evaluating Bitrix24 or ZohoCRM thanks to their ability to generate leads through embedded chat services, through messages or comments on Facebook Messenger, Twitter and others. All in an automatic way.
On this aspect I believe that SharpSpring must engage, conversational marketing is now a reality and we can not underestimate it.
