    Hi Pierpaolo,

The following article lists the available merge variable fields in SharpSpring. If you aren't seeing something here you'll want to submit a feature request.

I had read the article and I did the post precisely because I do not find those that I indicated and are not mentioned variables but only their names / labels

Hi Pierpaolo. I'm not seeing those mentioned in the article, and if they are not in the article you will need to place a feature request directly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi Pierpaolo,

I'm sorry if I was unclear before. The article is only for available merge variables. If you're seeing that something is missing from the list it is because it has not been made available as a merge variable. This means that exposing it or adding it would require development work if the team decided to make that update. This requires a feature request to be accepted.

In regards to Pierpaolo's request, I too was wondering the same question.

When working with Custom notification emails, there are several merge variables used as well, including the

For details pertaining to these notification emails:
    https://help.sharpspring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001141991-Creating-Custom-Notifications

However, in this email notification is a button which uses {$companyBaseURL} and {$leadID} in the Link field. These two parameters are undocumented anywhere. Are these variables available in any email or just notifications?

Are there any other undocumented variables?

Is there a variable I can use to insert the Primary Campaign?

Hey! Looked into this. Apparently, there are merge variables we haven't documented because they aren't intended to be used the same way as documented variables. Some of them, for instance, rely on the data available within the lead's automation - not the contact record itself. This can lead to unexpected behavior, and we don't want to make variables available unless they can be effectively used. For now, a feature request is the best way forward.
