My client has a team of salespeople who need to be reminded about their leads every 2 days. The only way to do this so far is to first have an opportunity created for a Contact, then listen to the Status of Open, and feed everything to a 2-days reminder workflow (consisting of wait 2 days, send notification, wait 2 days, send notification etc...).
We aren't confident that the salespeople will create opportunities for their contact, and so they wouldn't be reminded. Is there a way to counteract this by creating generic opportunities for them?
