Can you automate the creation of an opportunity?

    My suggestion is to notify the salesperson every 2 days after you assign their lead. Once that trigger is fulfilled, SharpSpring can notify them every 2 days to prompt the creation of an opportunity. Once the salesperson creates the opportunity and assigns it to themselves, SharpSpring can automatically remove that lead from the notification workflow.

    Workflow A

    Trigger - Assigned to Lead Owner A

    Action - Notify (reminding them to create opp)

    Time Delay

    Action - Notify

     

    Workflow B

    Trigger - Contact is Added To an Opportunity

    Filter - Contact is assigned to lead owner (designate lead owner A)

    Action - Remove from workflow (workflow A)

    Action -

    You can use Zapier to Create/Update Opportunities through a workflow using a postback url
