Does VisitorID do anything for you?

    Hi Paul,

We get the same thing here. We are in Canada as well. I've seen maybe 2 or 3 instances where the information was actually helpful and correct. We get a lot of Amazon, India, and China hits on a daily basis. I'm sure if you spent the time you could filter these out, but I don't get enough real data to put anything in place for testing.

Maybe someone has some input on this that could help us out?

Hello! You're going to want to place a support ticket for this if you haven't already. We have specialists who can look into the issue and provide next steps or an explanation on what might be causing issues.

I've raised a ticket in the past to request improved VisitorID info for European users. There is very little value to the feature (apart from when we receive US leads!) I also get bogus visitors from China, India showing up, but sadly not much that's useful. We have companies like Lead Forensics who provide a similar service in the UK, so we need something like that to be integrated to benefit too.
