Is anyone else having issues with Social Profiles being pulled in to SS using Contact Information. It seems we have not had a single person linked properly to their social profile, be it FB, LI, Twitter, etc. We see the icon appear but when you click on it, the profile that opens is in no way shape or form close to the information in the contact record in SS.
I've contacted support and they mentioned that they use a 3rd party of this. Does anyone know of a work around. I know we can remove the social profile from each record individually, but even that seems like a huge undertaking given the amount of contact we have.
