    Hello Paul! I think reaching out to our training team is a great option to help walk through a specific scenario. SharpSpring is not primarily an event management platform but you can potentially handle this in a few different ways.

    I would personally use a form with a field for "Going yes/no". You could potentially have going or not going buttons in an email and use visual workflows to assign leads to a list based on click-throughs in email.

    @paul, I do this in emails with my own version of the magic trick, 3 buttons (linked to media trackable links) all part of a vis. workflow to send appropriate f/u and change field/list data.
