Wondering if anyone has figured out a good way to view workflow statistics (opens, clicks, unsubscribes, etc.) based on a specific campaign?
There are two ways a person can enter into one of our workflows. One is from organic search, another is from a social ad. For reporting, I'd like to be able to breakdown workflow stats by each campaign so I can see if one lead source is doing better than the other.
I contacted Sharpspring support and they don't have a way to natively do this on their platform. I can export 'all data' for the workflow and it will show me every single user in the workflow, including which campaign they are tagged with. But all this report has is open data, click data, etc. which doesn't offer me a quick way to view all opens or all clicks for that campaign.
Just wondering if anyone else has tried to do this and if you found a workaround.
