    Good question, Eileen. Automation with checkboxes can be tricky, but consider signing up for an office hours session on the Virtual Classroom to have a member of our training team walk you through this :).

    Hi Eileen,

    So there are 4 situations:

    • Option A - Email A
    • Option B - Email B
    • Various options - Generic Email
    • No options - no email

    What I would do in this situation is not launch a workflow from the form fill, but from the field change. That should allow you to add a seperate workflow that only works for contacts with a change in the field. This would even allow you to add a "security branch" without an action for contacts with no options.
