    This is a good question. Have you raised a support ticket?

    Currently I do it manually. I export the email report and import the unopens to a new list and send.

    There may be a solution where you build a action group that re-sends the email again after say 3 days. You then create a visual workflow where if a recipient opens the email, they are removed from the action group.

    You can create an automation for this including a filter: received email A AND did not open email A -> then resend email A (or a different one to increase the chance of them opening it)
